To assist four days a week to the office and, on Fridays, having the option to work from home with comfortable clothes, in bed or on the terrace, and turning the house into the new workspace are not the same thing. Now employees see themselves forced to share the work routine with the family, to set limits, to look for ways to stay focused, to create healthy habits, etc., to adapt to a new way of carrying out their professional activities.

- It makes the organization of work teams difficult.
The experiences of each individual can be different when it comes to how they have lived this long phase of home office, in which most people do coincide is that, this experience, has represented significant challenges for everyone at personal and professional levels.
