If you could reward your positive habits, those that generate a good identity, those that have helped you live satisfyingly, those that have pushed you to achieve goals at work and those that promote a healthy living at home.

Maybe it's being organized, listening to other people, being proactive, committed, sincere, among others. However, we will mention 7 of the best habits that will keep you motivated and happy.

We describe habits as a set of actions that show an individual's way of being, it's important to understand that habits come from a belief, from examples in the family, from values, from what we deem important and we naturally execute it on repeated occasions, achieving a desired effect through it.

So, positive and productive habits are tools of effective people, that aim for this lifestyle by acting consciously, meaning, it's not a temporary change, it's a way of life.

Looking to be effective people, we will look through these personal routines that will help us understand how to manage our habits for effectiveness in our personal space.

  • Promote spaces for effective and affective listening: with your family and friends, dedicate some time to listen and better understand the circumstances and that way, be able to act with certainty, knowledge and empathy. Don't start arguing right away.
  • Use the art of establishing limits: know your capacity and generate an authentic commitment, learn to say "no" when necessary. Don't overload yourself with tasks or responsibilities, damaging your performance and well-being.
  • Establish goals: make decisions for the future, concentrate, define goals no matter how small they may be. Work on one goal at a time. If you begin with a small victory, you can use it as the starting point towards building a bigger one.
  • Know your priorities: make a brief list of 3 things that you would really like to get done each day. Avoid distractions and stay focused.
  • Be disciplined: consistency and perseverance will get you anything you set your mind to, just believe in your goal and fight until you get there.
  • Live in constant "resilience": live with good adjustments against adversity, trauma, threats or against insignificant sources of stress. Use emotional resources in the best of manners.
  • Be interdependent: we are social beings, we can't conceive success without valuing what other individuals bring to us. Promote trust, cooperation, and contribution. Celebrate recognizing what other people give to you.

Habits define the attitude we will have towards life and the role we will play in society, those that will be present in every situation or activity and may be modified by the demands of the environment.

Habits can be subject to change, improvement or, we can even incorporate new habits into our lives that will help us manage ourselves more effectively before the world.
